WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the P&L – hit revenue, gross-margin, and EBITDA targets; manage $5-10 M budget as we scale.
- Build & lead the team – hire, coach, and retain techs, install crews, and CSRs (15 → 40 heads over 36 months).
- Drive sales volume – partner with marketing to keep 85 %+ call board utilization; ride along on high-value estimates.
- Operational excellence – implement KPIs, flat-rate pricing, inventory controls, and service guarantees.
- Safety & quality – enforce OSHA and EPA 608 compliance; sign off on 100 % of install QC checklists.
- Customer experience – maintain 4.9-star Google rating; resolve escalations within 1 business day.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years progressive HVAC leadership (service manager, ops manager, GM, or equivalent).
- Texas TACL A or B License (or ability to test within 6 months).
- Proven record growing teams to $5 M+ revenue with double-digit net margins.
- Strong grasp of flat-rate pricing, load-calc software, and permitting / inspection processes.
- People-first leadership style – coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
- Comfortable in an EOS / KPI-driven environment; proficient with ServiceTitan or similar.
- Veterans encouraged – leadership under pressure and mechanical aptitude highly valued.

- Base $105 K – $125 K (DOE) + 10 % profit-share bonus + company equity pathway.
