What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Cool Responsibilities):
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration units like a true chill master.
- Collaborating with service writers, team leaders, parts pros, drivers, vendors, and customers. (You’re the friendly face of frosty fixes!)
- Keeping paperwork as up-to-date as your playlist—neat and ready to go.
- Following safety protocols like a pro because we like keeping it cool AND safe.
- Tackling “other duties” that may pop up—think of it as adding variety to your workday!
What You Bring to the Team (Your Frosty Superpowers):
- 608 EPA Certification (You know your way around refrigerants).
- Your own set of trusty tools—because every superhero has their gear!
- Mad skills in reading electric and refrigeration schematics.
- Willingness to take night and weekend calls on a rotation (Don’t worry, we’ll keep you caffeinated!).
- The ability to lift and work without restrictions in a busy shop environment.
- A valid driver’s license with a squeaky-clean record (so you can cruise with confidence!).
