We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of the upkeep and functionality of several commercial properties. You’ll work directly with a small, experienced team and make a real impact every day.
What You’ll Do:

Perform ongoing maintenance and repairs for commercial buildings

Conduct routine inspections of systems, structures, and safety equipment

Implement and manage preventative maintenance plans

Handle repairs including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, and general handyman tasks

Assist with light janitorial work, trash removal, and on-site resupply

Maintain landscaping and exterior upkeep, including trimming, planting, and clean-up

Manage emergency maintenance issues as needed

Support small renovations and construction projects (e.g., ceiling tiles, demo, wall installs)
What You Bring:

3+ years of construction or maintenance experience

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver’s license

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to be flexible and respond to occasional after-hours needs

Ability to lift 20+ lbs and work in both indoor/outdoor environments
