Job Title: Landscape Field Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Field Supervisor to lead and manage a crew of 2–5 team members in the successful execution of landscape installation and enhancement projects. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering high-quality results while promoting team development, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members on landscape installation and enhancement projects.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily activities on assigned projects.

Provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to crew members.

Monitor job performance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Track and record job costs, including labor hours and material usage.

Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols and procedures.

Address client concerns proactively and provide timely resolutions as needed.

Perform hands-on work alongside crew when required to meet project demands.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency on job sites.

Maintain equipment and materials to ensure readiness and functionality.

Review job reports and production metrics regularly to identify areas of improvement.
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).

Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide documentation.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance, including sod installation, planting, grading, and drainage work.

At least 2 years of experience managing field crews in a landscape production environment.

Proficient in operating heavy equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, and front-end loaders.

Familiarity with perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees, including identification and maintenance requirements.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and, when necessary, discipline team members.
