Job Title: Master Plumber License Holder (Contractor Role)
Location: Centennial, CO
Compensation: $2,000–$3,000/month

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to serve as the qualifying license holder for our company in the state of Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who wants to earn supplemental income by lending their license for permitting and compliance purposes, without a full-time fieldwork commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the designated license holder for the company to meet state and local licensing requirements.
Provide consultation on code compliance, permitting, and inspection matters as needed.
Be available for occasional job site visits or meetings with inspectors (typically a handful of times per year).
Respond to licensing and permitting questions from management, when required.
Maintain your license in good standing and ensure all company operations under your license remain compliant with local and state regulations.

Qualifications:

Active Master Plumber License in the State of Colorado.
Reside in or near the Centennial, CO is preferred.
In good standing with the Colorado Plumbing Board (no disciplinary actions).
Prior experience in residential plumbing preferred.
Ability to respond in a timely manner to company communications (within reason).

Compensation & Terms:

Monthly retainer of $2,000–$3,000, depending on availability and level of involvement.
Optional: Additional compensation available for any consulting or hands-on site visits outside of normal expectations.
