What You’ll Do
As our Home Services General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations to ensure outstanding customer experiences and a thriving team environment. Your responsibilities include:
Team Leadership
- Supervise and direct plumbing technicians in repair, installation, start-up, and other essential services
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
- Coach, mentor, and inspire the team to excel
- Oversee scheduling, time tracking, and workload management
Operational Excellence
- Dispatch services efficiently and allocate resources to meet production goals
- Ensure materials, equipment, and tools are ordered and available for scheduled jobs
- Review and approve procurement of parts and supplies
- Perform on-site inspections to verify work quality and customer satisfaction
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Ensure all service documentation and reporting meet company standards
- Provide regular updates on labor costs, work scheduling, billing, and payroll
- Assist with safety reporting and compliance
- Identify training needs and recommend development plans for technicians
Customer Satisfaction
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers
- Guarantee projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard

What You Bring
Experience:
- 5+ years of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical experience, including installations
- 5+ years of management or supervisory experience leading field service teams
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong operational and organizational skills
