About the Role
We’re looking for a Master Electrician to join our growing team and take the lead on a wide range of residential projects in Dallas. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role, showcase your expertise, and be part of a company that values innovation, safety, and excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial job sites.
- Lead and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians.
- Ensure all work meets NEC codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide input on project planning, estimating, and scheduling.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Master Electrician License (Texas) – required.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a licensed electrician.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise a team.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
