Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team in the Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial sales, white format print industry experience, or proven experience in advertising sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter, who wants to build a lifetime career with our company. You will be selling screen-printed and embroidered apparel, corporate signs, vinyl vehicle sign-wraps, logo merchandise, and website development to help businesses with their sales and marketing efforts. You will start with an established book of business, and you will be trained to grow your portfolio as much as you would like. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for website development, printed merchandising solutions, company apparel, business signage, commercial print items, and vinyl graphics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the production team to provide timely solutions to client jobs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all sales-related documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial sales or advertising sales.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of the sales process.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and client management.
- Experience in the white format print industry is highly desirable.
