The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment, ensuring quality service with no callbacks.
Job Responsibilities

Diagnose issues in HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment, identifying repair/replacement needs.

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC units (15 tons or less) per specifications.

Repair/replace defective parts in units and controls.

Communicate with dispatch for timely job completion.

Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for customers.

Provide elite customer service, explaining issues and resolutions clearly.
