Position Overview
We seek an experienced HVAC Service Technician III for our Asheville, NC team. Candidates must have 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience, an active EPA Certification, and advanced problem-solving skills. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and VRF systems, while delivering elite customer service.
Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment (15 tons+), ensuring no callbacks.

Service, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems, including boilers, chillers, VFDs, VRFs, and chilled water systems.

Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements on mini-splits and smaller RTUs (15 tons or less).

Manage large preventative maintenance contracts (5+ units).
-
Communicate with dispatch and account managers for job completion and client updates.

Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

Required:

Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.

Active EPA Certification.

7+ years in commercial HVAC settings.

Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
