Key Responsibilities
- 
Team Supervision: Conduct ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and performance reviews; enforce SOPs, safety, and ETAs.
 - 
Operations Optimization: Manage schedules, tools/equipment readiness, and job execution to minimize inefficiencies.
 - 
Sales & Customer Focus: Guide upselling, handle objections, and track metrics (e.g., close rates, average ticket) for revenue growth.
 - 
Commercial/Insulation Management: Research opportunities, secure projects, and oversee execution for profitability.
 - 
Fleet Oversight: Monitor vehicle maintenance and usage to ensure reliability.
 - 
Weekly Leadership: Host meetings, analyze results, and report KPIs to sales director.
 - 
Development: Foster team culture through training, accountability, and ongoing support.
 
Qualifications
- 
3+ years in field leadership (home services), with proven technician coaching and sales guidance.
 - 
Strong knowledge of residential/commercial operations, safety (OSHA), and CRM tools (e.g., Workiz).
 - 
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 - 
Valid driver's license with clean record; flexible for evenings/weekends.
 - 
Physically able: Lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders/attics, work in varied conditions.
