Apprentice Electrician:
 The electrical apprentice is responsible for installing high-quality electrical field work and taking measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.

  Job Roles and Responsibilities:
 While going to company-paid school one night a week in the evening, you will
 
  - Develop hands-on skills through on-the-job training from the best in the business
 
  - You’ll work on a wide range of projects like data centers, water processing plants, casinos, resi-mercial high rises, pharmaceutical plants, and many others
 
  - Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry while you dig trenches, install raceways, pull wire, mount equipment, assemble and install parts, do finish work, and many other tasks
 
  - Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
 
 
 
  Job Requirements:
 In addition to enjoying working outside in all kinds of weather, you will
 
  - Be committed to engaging in a 4-year long apprenticeship
 
  - Have experience in construction, mechanical, landscaping, or similar physical, outdoor work
 
  - Have a passion for working with your hands and solving problems
 
  - Thrive on learning new things and be highly curious
 
  - Be open to learning from direct and honest feedback
 
  - Enjoy being part of a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
 
  - Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites
 
  - Be comfortable working all day on your feet, on ladders, and on a variety of job sites
 
  - Be prepared to purchase your own set of small tools
