Role: Seeking a skilled Hot Side Technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and fix ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, etc.

Perform preventive maintenance
-
Ensure safety and code compliance
Qualifications:
-
2+ years in commercial HVAC
-
Knowledge of gas, electric, steam equipment
-
Read schematics and manuals
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Active EPA Certification
-
OSHA 10 preferred
-
Flexible for on-call shifts
