Residential HVAC Service Technician

Location: Wilmington, NC (Must live within 70 miles)
Pay: $20 – $35 / hour
Job Type: Full-time Permanent Placement

Key Responsibilities

Service and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and installations
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Follow safety and compliance standards
Maintain accurate service documentation
Communicate clearly with customers and leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

Must Have:

EPA 608 Universal Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Clean background check (20+ years / all states)
Pass drug screening
Strong character and professionalism
Ability to work independently
Live within 70 miles of Wilmington, NC

Preferred (Not Required):

NATE Certification
Residential service experience
HVAC troubleshooting experience
