Job Description:

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Pool Installation/Cleaning Technician with expertise in fiberglass pool installation and service. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install fiberglass pool shells with precision and care.
- Perform site layout and excavation using skid steers, excavators, and compactors.
- Install and level pool coping to ensure proper aesthetics and function.
- Set up pool filtration and pump systems, ensuring efficient operation.
- Connect and seal fittings and jets to guarantee leak-free performance.
- Conduct vinyl or tile trim installation for a polished finish.
- Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance services.
- Provide hot tub service and maintenance as needed.
- Service Hayward pool equipment and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years documented experience in pool installation and service.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and compactors.
- Familiarity with Hayward pool equipment is a plus.
