Position: HVAC General Manager
Location: Roswell, GA
Compensation: $100k - $125k/yr base + Bonus

In this high-impact role, you'll combine operational leadership with financial and people management to ensure exceptional service delivery, strong margins, and a scalable business model.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management

Oversee daily operations across service, installation, and maintenance teams.

Build and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.

Lead scheduling, dispatch, and production to meet response and completion targets.

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and effective inventory management.
Financial Oversight

Prepare and analyze P&L statements, KPIs, and annual budgets.

Improve job costing accuracy and maintain strong gross margins.

Manage operating expenses while supporting revenue growth and pricing strategies.
Team Leadership

Recruit, mentor, and develop managers, technicians, and administrative staff.

Establish clear performance metrics and accountability across all departments.

Promote a positive, safety-focused culture rooted in teamwork and customer service.
Customer Experience & Growth

Drive superior customer satisfaction through quality assurance and responsive service.

Implement or optimize CRM/POS systems to enhance communication and field efficiency.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize lead conversions and recurring revenue.
Strategic Development

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues.

Improve processes for scalability in multi-location or high-volume operations.

Provide regular updates to ownership on operational performance, finances, and strategic goals.
Qualifications

7+ years of HVAC operations experience, including 3+ years in management.

Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, industry codes, and best practices.

Proven success leading teams of 20+ employees in a performance-driven environment.

Proficient with HVAC operations software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar.

Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management experience.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
