We are seeking an experienced HVAC General Manager / License Holder to help launch and grow a new HVAC franchise serving the Greater Worcester area. This is a rare opportunity for a licensed HVAC professional who wants to help build a business from the ground up while leading operations, driving revenue, and developing a high-performing team.
You will play a key role in shaping the company’s success - overseeing daily operations, managing technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, and helping grow the organization into a long-term market leader.

Base Salary: $120,000+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations and oversee profit and loss (P&L) performance
* Drive sales growth and revenue generation, with a proven focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Manage technician scheduling, dispatch, and workload
* Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
* Troubleshoot and oversee service, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
* Monitor job costing, project performance, and operational profitability
* Recruit, train, and develop technicians and staff
* Maintain safety standards and operational procedures
* Utilize modern technology and AI tools to support operational efficiency, sales growth, and business development
Qualifications
* 10+ years of HVAC industry experience (5 years leadership roles)
* Leadership experience as a service manager, operations manager, lead technician, or business owner
* Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth
* Experience managing P&L, job costing, and operational profitability
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
* Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and willingness to adopt AI-driven business tools and technologies
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Required Certifications
* Massachusetts Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Contractor License
* EPA 608 Certification
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
