HVAC Service Technician
Location: Norwalk, CT
Compensation: $35-$50/HR plus performance incentives!! (Total comp est. $125K+)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installation while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Service Technician reports directly to the General Manager and plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform seasonal maintenance, system inspections, and equipment replacements

Accurately document all work and service notes using ServiceTitan

Clearly communicate system issues, solutions, and pricing with customers prior to beginning work

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a clean and organized manner

Assist installation teams or fellow technicians as needed
-
Participate in ongoing training to expand technical skills and knowledge

Represent us with professionalism, integrity, and high-quality workmanship on every call
Qualifications

Valid Connecticut S1, S2, S3, or S4 HVAC License
-
EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)

Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus
