Join a Company That Respects Your Skills – Residential HVAC Service Technician | San Antonio
At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning San Antonio, we don’t just fix systems, we protect rust. Our technicians enter people’s homes, represent our brand, and shape our reputation every single day.
We are looking for a high-character residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in doing the right thing, communicates clearly, and wants to grow within a structured, values-driven company.
If you are dependable, coachable, and motivated by quality work (not shortcuts), you may be a great fit.
Why Technicians Choose One Hour
We are a locally owned and operated One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning business, backed by the strength, systems, and support of Authority Brands, a national leader in home services.
What that means for our technicians:
• Top-of-the-line HVAC systems and IAQ solutions
• Proven processes, training, and operational support
• Strong brand recognition customers trust
• Local ownership with hands-on leadership and day-to-day decision-making
• The stability of a national platform with the culture of a local team
You get the best of both worlds: national resources with local accountability.
What You’ll Do
• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to
homeowners
• Follow company processes designed to protect customers and technicians
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and a professional appearance at all times
• Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and
safely
