Residential Plumber

Compensation: Performance-based pay with realistic on-target earnings of $85,000 to $100,000+ annually (based on KPIs and individual performance)

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including gas lines and tankless water heaters.
- Perform accurate assessments, recommend solutions, and complete high-quality work to restore full system function.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues, options, and completed repairs in simple terms.
- Order necessary parts in advance and arrive fully prepared for each job.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for every service call.
- Work extended hours or participate in on-call rotation (estimated 1 out of every 3 to 4 weeks initially) as needed during high-demand periods.
- Uphold safety standards and professional conduct in customers' homes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
- Strong knowledge of gas line work and tankless systems.
- Active plumbing license or relevant certifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills (tablet/laptop use for job documentation and communication).
- Willingness to work on-call rotations when applicable..
