Project Manager - Commercial Painting & Coatings

Job Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 Base + Quarterly Profit Share / Bonuses
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial painting and coatings projects from initial client outreach and estimating through project completion and quality control. This role combines business development, project management, and client relationship management, offering the opportunity to help grow a strong and expanding operation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships

Prepare project estimates and proposals

Manage projects from planning and scheduling through completion

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials

Track project progress, budgets, and performance

Ensure safety standards and quality control on all job sites

Maintain project pipeline and client data in CRM
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in commercial painting, epoxy flooring, or related construction

Strong experience managing projects from estimating through execution

Leadership experience managing field teams

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Experience managing a P&L is a plus
