Lead HVAC Installer - Residential & Light Commercial
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $40-$50/hr (DOE) + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do

Lead and support installation crews on residential & light commercial projects

Plan and execute installs with precision and efficiency

Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers

Troubleshoot challenges on-site and ensure top-quality workmanship

Maintain job documentation and ensure code/safety compliance
-
Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership
What You Bring
-
5+ years of HVAC installation experience (with leadership responsibilities)
-
EPA Certification (required)
-
RMGA Certification (required)
-
Strong knowledge of system layouts, installs, and best practices
-
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
-
Solid problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
