Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Install light fixtures, receptacles, outlets, electrical control systems
- Connect wires to transformers, circuit breakers or other types or components
- Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, wire & terminate devices
- Perform quality control testing and troubleshootingOversee, perform and direct electrical installations, repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment, while following All Tech’s and customer policies, procedures, safety rules and federal and state laws.
- Must be able to wire, terminate and understand electrical drawings and work independently or as an integrated team to complete complex critical electrical tie-ins and outages.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a reasonable amount of time determined by Project Supervisor.
- Participate in and provide support for team initiatives in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ensure that completed work meets standards.
- Recommend work processes that will improve productivity and product quality.
- Ensure work abides by job specifications and follows the plans/blueprints.
- Inspect completed work and initiate timely resolutions to any problems.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
- Skilled electrician with at least 5-7 years experience as commercial electrician
- Minimum of OSHA 10 certification
- Active journeyman or master electrical license
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
- Stable employment history
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background and reference check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Possession of reliable transportation

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is frequently performed in outside weather conditions.

The employee must have the ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy tools and equipment related to the trade. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to work at elevated heights, small confined spaces, and various weather conditions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
