Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and increase new business, with a target of £250,000
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, relocation agents, embassies and corporate clients
- Conduct and secure valuations to attract high-quality instructions
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant, including tenancy agreements, Right to Rent and AML requirements
- Provide landlords with clear advice on property presentation and refurbishment opportunities
- Oversee marketing to ensure properties are presented to the highest standard across all platforms
- Ensure full compliance with ARLA and NAEA codes of practice

- Generous commission structure: 12% individual and 5% on team new business

The Person
- Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at managerial level
- Strong track record in generating new business and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with a strong understanding of compliance and legislation
- ARLA qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantage
- Confident, proactive and commercially minded
