The role is home-based, offering strong work-life balance, with opportunities to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a minimum of 70 training days per year across face-to-face, virtual, and 1-2-1 sessions
- Maintain a consistent and engaging teaching approach across programmes
- Act as a key contact for teaching-related queries
- Update and improve course materials
- Support learners with subject-specific guidance
- Assist internal teams with your subject knowledge when required
- Work closely with Programme Leads to support delivery

The Person
- To succeed as a Course Tutor, you will need:
- Experience delivering training or teaching programmes
- A recognised teaching or training qualification
- MCIPS/FCIPS status, or working towards it
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using virtual learning tools
- The ability to manage your time and meet deadlines
- A supportive and professional approach to working with learners
