Job Title: Sales Executive – Skilled Trades Recruiting
Location: Orlando, Florida (Travel Required)
Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 + Uncapped Bonuses

We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Executive to join our fast-paced recruiting firm focused on the skilled trades industry. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role—you’ll be out in the field building relationships, winning new business, and helping trades companies grow through strategic hiring solutions.

- Prospect and develop new business within the skilled trades
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to secure recruiting partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement
- Travel as needed to secure and support clients (local + potential out-of-market opportunities)
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure client success
- Proven experience in sales within the trades or related industries
- Strong tenure in previous roles (demonstrated stability and performance)
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel when needed to develop new client relationships
- A national mindset—not limited to local or regional thinking
- Positive attitude and great sense of humor (culture matters here)
- $75K–$100K base salary + uncapped bonus potential
