We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Electric/Low Voltage Senior Superintendent to lead and oversee complex electrical and low voltage construction projects, primarily in the aviation and data center sectors. - Lead and supervise all phases of electrical and low voltage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee daily site activities, including supervising crews, managing subcontractors, and monitoring progress against milestones.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections, review schematics and blueprints, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage project budgets, track costs using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Review contracts, change orders, and scope of work to mitigate risks and maintain project integrity.
- Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed; conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards on-site.
- Perform routine inspections with instruments like ohmmeters to verify electrical systems' integrity and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Extensive experience in construction management with a focus on electrical/low voltage systems.
- Proven supervising experience leading large teams on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Primavera P3, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software tools.
- Familiarity with contracts administration and project scheduling best practices.
- Deep understanding of OSHA regulations related to electrical work and general construction safety standards.
- Skilled in budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and project documentation processes.
- Ability to read technical schematics accurately using tools such as ohmmeters for system testing.
- Excellent management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
