We are a fast-growing home services company hiring a Field Operations Manager / Sales Technician for a full-time, high-earning role in our air duct and carpet cleaning division. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, energetic team that values strong customer relationships, open communication, and teamwork.
This is a field-based position (Monday–Saturday) with 4–6 pre-booked appointments daily—no cold calling or door-to-door sales. Your role is to build rapport, explain services, upsell additional options, and close deals on-site while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll also provide air duct, dryer vent, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services for residential and commercial clients, working independently or with a team while maintaining safety standards.
We offer paid training (4–6 days), and after completion, you’ll receive a company vehicle, tools, uniform, and fuel support.
Compensation: Starting from $1,500+ per week, including 20% commission per job, plus 5–10% bonuses, tips, and additional incentives—your income is directly tied to your performance.
We are looking for candidates with duct/vent cleaning experience, a valid driver’s license with a good record, the ability to lift 50 lbs, strong communication skills, and a friendly, dependable attitude. You must be U.S.-based, able to pass a background and drug test, and motivated to grow into a leadership role.
This is a 1099 full-time opportunity for individuals who are ready to work hard, sell confidently, and earn strong income.
