- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and heating systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose issues using diagnostic equipment.
- Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design and installation principles.
- Familiarity with HVAC repair and general mechanic skills is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
