Mortgage Administrator – Hong Kong

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Capricorn Financial, a leading independent mortgage brokerage headquartered in London. Following our continued success in the UK, we also have offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai and are now growing our Hong Kong team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career within financial services, with clear progression opportunities into a Mortgage Broker position.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting our UK property clients based in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage journey from application through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Submitting UK mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
- Proactively liaising with lenders to progress applications and secure timely offers
- Managing client communications throughout the process
- Coordinating with solicitors, developers, and surveyors
- Handling fee collection and general case administration
About You
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must have the right to work in Hong Kong (no sponsorship available)
Desirable (but not essential)
- Cantonese language skills
- Experience studying or working in the UK
- Background in financial services or real estate

Details
- Location: Hong Kong
- Hours: Full-time, 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Salary: HKD $15,000 – $20,000 per month
