Water/Wastewater Superintendent-Master Electrician
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000/year + Performance-Based Bonuses
Location: Wildwood, FL (within 60 mile radius)
We are seeking an experienced Waste Water Superintendent with a strong background in the water/waste water industrial sector to lead and oversee project operations. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in estimating, proposals, bidding, and purchasing, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. You'll be responsible for coordinating with general contractors and owners, developing and maintaining project schedules, and leading field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field personnel on water/waste water industrial projects
- Manage bidding, estimating, and proposal development for new projects
- Oversee purchasing and material procurement to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with general contractors, owners, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve project issues quickly to keep work moving forward
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bidding and Estimating experience $10M-$20M projects
- Developing Proposals for industrial projects
- Purchasing and procurement experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Scheduling and project planning expertise
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience & Education Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the water/waste water industrial sector
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Master Electrician License required
- Background Check required
- Drug Test required
