We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Management team in the Austin, TX area!!

Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and NO on-call!!
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr+ - PAID WEEKLY
***Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician are:
- Possess strong experience in the following tasks:
- Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
- Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
- Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
- Appliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
- Ensure all work orders and turns are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Assist with grounds
***Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property
- Must have reliable means of transportation - attendance and punctuality are imperative
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
