We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Installer Helper in the Fort Pierce area. This position is designed for someone who is highly observant and understands the "flow" of a job site. We need someone who can anticipate the next step in an installation and have the right tool or part ready before it is even asked for.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the removal of old units and the installation of new high efficiency HVAC systems.
- Manage inventory on the truck to ensure the team has everything needed for a successful day.
- Maintain a "zero compromise" attitude toward safety and local building codes.
- Engage with customers to ensure they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools.
- A valid Florida driver's license.
- The emotional intelligence to handle high pressure situations and diverse customer personalities.A genuine desire to grow
- within the HVAC industry and obtain future certifications.
