We're growing fast and looking for a skilled Service Technician who can confidently run calls on their own. If you're tired of being micromanaged, pushed into sales quotas, or stuck at a company where you're just another employee, this is a different environment.

Duties
- Run residential service calls independently from start to finish.
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and HVAC systems.
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners (no pushy sales tactics)
- Perform maintenance and identify potential problems before they become major repairs.
- Keep clean, organized job notes and communicate with the team as needed.
Requirements
- Proven HVAC experience (service-focused preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot systems confidently without constant support
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Honest, dependable, and takes pride in doing things the right way
- Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
Bonus If You...
- Have experience with installs and system replacements
- Are EPA certified
- Can handle a full schedule of calls without getting overwhelmed
- Major bonus for those who can diagnose and install boilers/combi units.
Pay & Bonus Structure
- $24-$30/hour depending on experience and skill level
