Comfort Doc Heating & Air is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Installer in Columbia, MO. We are a growing residential HVAC company focused on high-quality workmanship, professionalism, organized installs, and exceptional customer service.
This position includes hourly pay plus performance pay, paid holidays, PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, and opportunities for advancement into lead installer and leadership positions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Install residential heating and cooling systems
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, evaporator coils, and related HVAC equipment
- Perform equipment changeouts and new system installations
- Fabricate and modify sheet metal, drain lines, flue piping, and refrigerant line sets
- Properly braze, pressure test, evacuate, and charge HVAC systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately

Requirements:
- 2+ consecutive years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to install residential HVAC systems efficiently and accurately
- Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, refrigerant piping, and airflow systems
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable using tablets, digital invoicing systems, and service software
- Valid driver’s license
