We’re hiring a Texas Licensed Master Plumber for a fast-growing residential service company focused on clean work, quality service, and a strong team culture.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to grow, team-oriented, and technically strong in residential service & repair.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service & repairs
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide long-term solutions
- Support and mentor journeymen technicians
- Walk larger projects and help quote jobs
- Present homeowners with repair/replacement options
- Use tablet and GPS dispatch software to document work
- Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Master Plumber License
- Strong residential service & repair experience
- Excellent diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Professional communication and customer service
- Team-first mindset with low ego and strong work ethic
