We're looking for a skilled and motivated MIG Welder who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You'll weld and fabricate aluminum work barges to exacting standards, contributing directly to the strength, quality, and reputation of our products.
What You'll Do:
- Perform MIG and pulse welding (aluminum with push/pull gun; steel as needed)
- Uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship
- Fabricate and assemble components per blueprints and customer specifications
- Cut and prep tubing, plate, and sheet stock to precise dimensions
- Use standard fabrication tools - tape measures, squares, grinders, drills, saws
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all PPE and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members, help maintain accountability, and support process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven MIG welding experience (aluminum), 2 years required
- Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined with understanding of welding and fabrication processes
- Organized and dependable - punctual, consistent, and reliable
- Works with a sense of urgency and pride in doing things right
- Thinks ahead, recognizes patterns, and looks for ways to improve efficiency
- Team player who communicates well and holds self and others accountable
- Physically capable - able to crouch, stand, bend, and lift 50lbs. throughout the day
