Operations Manager – Residential HVAC
Location: Sonoma County, CA
Compensation: $130,000–$180,000 + Performance Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

A rapidly growing residential HVAC company in Sonoma County is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its field operations and help drive the next phase of growth. This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, implementing processes, driving accountability, and leading multiple departments toward shared goals.
Responsibilities
You will oversee the daily operations of:

Warehouse and Inventory

Fleet Coordination

Scheduling and Field Productivity

Quality Assurance

KPI Tracking and Performance Reporting

Hiring, coaching, and developing department leaders

Process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Your primary objective is to ensure every department operates cohesively, delivering exceptional service while maximizing productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading multiple operational departments

Strong leadership skills with the ability to earn the respect of technicians, installers, and sales professionals

Preferred Experience
-
Experience in the HVAC industry strongly preferred

Plumbing, electrical, or other residential home service management experience will also be considered

Residential home services leadership experience preferred

5+ years of operations management experience
-
Experience overseeing $10M+ in annual revenue is a plus
