Nucentra Solutions is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a motivated professional who can lead electrical projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver top-quality electrical solutions here at our plant. As a master electrician, you will oversee electrical installations, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior electricians to uphold our commitment to excellence and safety. You will also be doing the work of wiring the pre-fab enclosures used to power data center back-up generators. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive hands-on individual eager to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
We are a start-up company and do not offer any health or dental benefits. We only offer 10 Holidays a year along with a week of vacation during your first 12 months.

Duties
- You will be wiring pre-fab power generating enclosures used at data centers. This is a hands-on job, not managerial. You will be actually working in the field at our plant.
- Lead and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites, commercial buildings, and renovation projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate wiring and system setup.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and schematics to complete electrical tasks efficiently and safely.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage systems, and NEC (National Electrical Code) compliant wiring.
- Conduct inspections using ohmmeters and other testing devices to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Supervise electricians and apprentices on-site, ensuring work is performed according to safety standards and project specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, including NEC standards for high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Assist and perform all activities in the renovation of existing electrical systems by upgrading wiring, panels, or components as needed.
Skills
- Extensive industrial electrician experience combined with commercial electrical expertise.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for complex electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial control systems.
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards for both high voltage and low voltage applications.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Construction site experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ability to interpret technical documents accurately while maintaining strict safety protocols.

Benefits and Hours
- The hours are M-F 7am - 4pm. This is a hand-on role.
- Must have a valid passport
- You will receive 10 paid holidays annually
- You will accrue at 1 week of paid vacation in the first year.
- You will accrue at 2 weeks of paid vacation during years 2 -5.
- There are no medical or dental benefits offered, or any other.
- You will need to undergo a background check, that must come back squeaky clean along with a drug test
Pay: $32.04 - $38.59 per hour
