What We're Looking For
- Experienced HVAC technicians (residential and/or light commercial)
- Skilled in service, diagnostics, repair, and installation across systems including central AC, heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, and evaporative coolers
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification
- Professional appearance, strong customer communication, and pride in quality workmanship
- Team players who value doing right by the customer over pushing a sale
