Coastal Breeze Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Carlsbad, CA. This role focuses on installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while upholding high standards of quality workmanship, safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate is a hardworking individual who values long-term career growth and thrives in a team environment under the guidance of an Installation Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Replace furnaces, condensers, coils, heat pumps, package units, and mini split systems
- Modify and install ductwork as required
- Assist with equipment startup and system testing
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company installation standards and safety procedures
- Collaborate effectively within a team of installers
- Adapt to flexible scheduling and occasional overtime
Required Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and tools
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Vocational training in HVAC technology
- Proven skills in HVAC system installation and ductwork modification
