Wastewater Construction Superintendent
Location: Wildwood, FL
Compensation: $110,000-$140,000/year + Performance Bonuses
Full-Time, Permanent
We’re hiring an experienced Wastewater Construction Superintendent to lead treatment plant construction and infrastructure projects throughout the region.
This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who knows wastewater treatment plant construction and has practical electrical installation experience. You’ll lead crews, coordinate projects, solve field challenges, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Lead wastewater treatment plant construction projects from startup through completion
- Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations
- Oversee electrical, piping, mechanical, and infrastructure installation
- Support hands-on electrical work involving motors, pumps, panels, MCCs, VFDs, controls, instrumentation, and power distribution
- Manage schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and procurement
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project managers
- Support estimating, bidding, takeoffs, and project planning
- Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and project schedules
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of water/wastewater treatment plant construction experience
- 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience
- Hands-on electrical installation experience in wastewater or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of treatment plant infrastructure, process equipment, pumps, motors, controls, and underground utilities
- Ability to read construction and electrical drawings
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project planning
- Strong field leadership and problem-solving skills
