B2B Sales Representative – Commission Only

The Blue Collar Recruiter (TBCR) is growing, and we're looking for motivated B2B sales professionals who know how to connect with business owners, start conversations, and close deals.

This is a commission-only sales position with all leads provided. You'll have the opportunity to sell multiple recruiting, hiring, training, and business-growth solutions to blue collar businesses across the country.

What You'll Do

Connect with business owners and decision-makers using leads we provide
Make outbound calls, emails, texts, and other direct outreach
Identify hiring and workforce challenges
Introduce prospects to the right TBCR solution
Conduct sales calls and presentations
Follow up consistently and close new business
Build relationships that can generate ongoing revenue

Compensation

100% Commission | Unlimited Earning Potential

The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no commission cap or ceiling on your income.

This position is designed for someone who wants their compensation tied directly to their results.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has B2B sales experience
Is comfortable calling and talking directly with business owners
Isn't afraid of outbound prospecting and follow-up
Can build relationships without sounding scripted or overly salesy
Is organized, competitive, and self-motivated
Understands how to uncover a problem and sell a solution
Wants an opportunity where strong performance can create significant income

Experience selling recruiting, HR, home services, SaaS, marketing, training, franchising, or other B2B services is a plus, but not required.
