Lead HVAC Installer
Location: Waxahachie, TX
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience

We are hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential installations and help develop a growing HVAC team.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage installations from start to finish, guide installers in the field, troubleshoot system issues, and provide homeowners with honest, professional service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from removal through startup
- Install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, thermostats, and related equipment
- Direct and support installers while maintaining quality and productivity
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards
- Troubleshoot HVAC, airflow, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Perform system startups, testing, and final quality inspections
- Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Explain equipment options, upgrades, and recommended solutions
- Document job details, equipment information, photos, and customer communication in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
- Coach team members and improve installation procedures and performance
- Coordinate with office and service teams to keep projects on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation and service experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or team lead experience
- Strong residential installation, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
- ServiceTitan experience
- Ability to lead crews and manage jobs from start to finish
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety practices, and manufacturer requirements
- Dependable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
