Service Area: Union and Knox County
LJS Mechanical is a veteran-owned HVAC & Plumbing company that is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team.
We are continuing to grow and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
We don't expect every process to be perfect. We're looking for someone with the experience and initiative to say, "Here's a better way we could do this," and help us implement it.
The right technician will have the opportunity to help shape how our service department operates, establish standards, improve internal processes, and eventually help lead and develop other technicians.
If you're looking for a position where you can simply show up, do the bare minimum, and go home, this will not be the right fit.
If you're an experienced technician who wants to have an impact, help build a team, take on leadership responsibilities, and grow with a company, we'd like to talk with you.
