Job Title: NC HVAC License Qualifier (Part-Time / W-2)
Location: Winston-Salem, NC Area
Compensation: $2,000 to $2,500 per month ($24,000 to $30,000 per year)

Position Summary We are an established, well-capitalized home services enterprise launching a new HVAC location in the Winston-Salem area. We are seeking a qualified professional holding an active North Carolina HVAC License to serve as our official License Qualifier on a W-2 employee basis.

Role Duties

Serve as the legal license qualifier for the company entity with the NC State Board.
Pull necessary permits for residential HVAC installations and service projects.
Ensure company operations comply with all local and state mechanical codes.

Qualifications

Must possess an active, unencumbered North Carolina HVAC License (Class I or Class II).
Must be willing to be placed on company W-2 payroll as a direct employee.
High integrity and strong professional background.
