Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of Commercial HVAC experience
- Any similar combination of education and experience.
Required Skill, Knowledge, And Abilities
- Demonstrates basic understanding of English (ability to read, speak and write) while performing work-related tasks.
- Soldering, Brazing, Basic heat load calculations, and basic heat loss calculations
- Practices and comprehends safe work procedures per Company policy.
- Meets deadlines and schedules with minimal errors.
- Must possess acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and drivers license.
- Must have excellent written communications skills
- Must possess excellent time management skills
- Must have excellent oral communications skills
- Must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Must be able to deal with difficult people
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to work well with other technicians and tradesman
