About the OpportunityDaraza Property Maintenance Solutions is expanding its network of reliable 1099 contractors and service vendors in
Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas within approximately 100 miles of Charlotte. We provide repair, installation services for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for experienced vendors who can respond quickly, communicate reliably, and complete work within strict deadlines.
🚨 RESPONSE TIME IS OUR #1 PRIORITYWe are specifically looking for vendors who can respond quickly to work orders.
Commercial properties: Generally completed within 24 hours
Tenant-occupied rental properties: Generally completed within 24–48 hours
Emergency commercial calls: Ability to be on-site within approximately 2–3 hours
If you cannot consistently meet these response times, this opportunity may not be a good fit.
We are looking for qualified vendors to work with. People who shows up on time. Who are a man of their word!
RequirementsQualified vendors should have:
Experience performing commercial and/or residential property maintenance
Appropriate licenses for the services requiring licensing
General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation, Auto Insurance
Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment
Ability to work independently
Ability to provide before/after photos and job documentation
Excellent communication and reliability
Ability to respond to emergency work when required

Service AreaCharlotte, TX and approximately a 100-mile radius.

On a given day, an HVAC Service Technician will:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and provide start up for all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
- Provide preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Meet with customers, evaluate their needs and make recommendations.
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
- On-call status for emergency service as required

Job requirements:
- Maintain Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
