Job Title: General Manager of HVAC Operations
Location: Evanston, IL
Pay: $110,000 to $150,000 per year

We are building a foundational team and plan to rapidly expand our footprint across the region over the next decade.

The Role: We are hiring a full time General Manager of HVAC Operations. You will act as the operational leader and technical authority for our new branch. You will oversee the P&L, recruit and train service technicians, and ensure all field work meets strict local building codes.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily field operations, ensuring exceptional efficiency and strict safety compliance.
Manage fleet inventory, truck stock, and vendor negotiations.
Drive revenue growth by monitoring technician performance and profitability metrics.
Act as the registered trade contractor to pull municipal permits in Evanston.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of operational or technical HVAC leadership experience.
Strong analytical skills for reading P&L statements and optimizing dispatch.
Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Extensive experience with ServiceTitan or similar field management software is highly preferred.
Must be comfortable managing expansion operations within Chicago city limits.
