Job Title: Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: Evanston, IL
Pay: $32.45 to $46.88 per hour

The Role: We are hiring a full time Lead HVAC Service Technician. You will run dispatched residential calls, perform complex system diagnostics, and mentor junior technicians. You will be a foundational member of a team built for long term regional expansion.

Responsibilities:

Execute high quality residential tune ups, service calls, and equipment replacements.
Ensure all work complies with local safety and efficiency codes.
Communicate technical options clearly and respectfully to homeowners.
Maintain strict inventory accuracy on service trucks.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of residential HVAC experience.
Active EPA 608 certification.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
Willingness to run service calls within Chicago city limits as the company expands.
